Johnny Biner
Johnny Biner started playing drums at the age of 7 and then picked up the guitar when he was 9 years old, and from that time it was clear what he will do the rest of his life. In 2018 Johnny won a scholarship with an opportunity to go to Berklee University in Boston, as a result of playing at the Umbria Jazz Festival in Perugia, but chose to move and settle down to Amsterdam instead.
His current projects include “RADIOHOP” – a Hip Hop/Jazz fusion project, releasing a record on vinyl with Amsterdams legendary Hip Hop producer “Kid Sublime” soon, as well as working on a record together with brazilian singer “Helena Casella”. Johnny is also a part of the touring funk band “The Amber Hunters”. Besides that he mostly plays his own compositions in his own "Johnny Biner Trio" and recently is to be heard on 7" vinyl from "Soul Supreme" on his remix of the song "Backpack".
