I am a multi-award winning, gold selling singer-songwriter, guitarist and music producer originally from Zimbabwe based in South Africa. I write and sing in English and numerous native african languages. My music is categorised as afro soul, a genre pioneered by the late Mama Africa Mirriam Makeba and Bra Hugh Masekela into global stages. I am inspired by everyday African life stories and mostly write from the perspective of an African female in this golden era. As a music producer, I am currently experimenting with african languages , adlibs and fusing pop sensibilities a direction which i believe will inform my next body of work.
