Obase-Aboli music

Obase-Aboli is a Cameroonian musician resident in Accra, Ghana. He is a Chromatic (double 22 keys) xylophonist, singer, song writer, composer and musicpreneur who owns his own business organisation and record label called Aboli Music.
He was into choral music until he moved to Abu Dhabi where he got the opportunity to take an Introductory course in Jazz at the New York University Abu Dhabi. This got him very interested in jazz music which he went on to exploit. He then joined the blue Fever Jazz Accapela and was a member of the Abu Dhabi National Symphony Ochestra. Aboli was also a Ted fellow at the TedX NYUAD 2015 where he spoke about his musical Journey.

He moved to Ghana where he has been exploiting Ghanaian High life music and other African genre of music. He just released his Debut album titled "Ujhasuma Africa"
Obase- Aboli has worked with Salif Keita and Les Ambasadeur du Hotel Bamako from Mali, Just a Band from Kenya, Lassana Diabate from Mali Bessa Simons and more.
