Kagwe Mungai
Kagwe Mungai is an iconic singer a, songwriter and producer based in Nairobi, Kenya. In addition to this, he also dabbles in the creation of music videos and developing ingenious music marketing strategies that disrupt the industry.
He released his debut EP, It Only Gets Better in June 2012 followed by his sophomore EP. Kagwe's musical journey has led him to work with heavy hitters in the industry and fellow virtuosos in the industry.
In 2019, Kagwe Mungai released his first album titled Spectrum. The 15 track album is a celebrated compilation of numerous genres and songs that showcase the 360-degree musical prowess of Kagwe and has earned him bragging rights as one of the top 5 most played artists on Spotify in Kenya.
Music aside, Kagwe Mungai has also ventured into brand ambassadorship duties by representing notable brands such as Ciroc Vodka, Aramanda, and Keexs. He also currently a seating member on the board of directors for Switch TV.
