Agata Karczewska, a singer-songwriter from Warsaw, Poland, crafts music that effortlessly blends American folk and country vibes. Her music, often described as simple and genuine, centers around her unique voice and the cozy strumming of an acoustic guitar. A self-taught artist, she takes inspiration from songwriting greats like Elliott Smith and Bob Dylan. In March 2019, Agata released her first album, "I’m Not Good at Having Fun." In 2020, she was nominated for the Fryderyk, the Polish equivalent of a Grammy, in the album of the year category. In 2023 she teamed up with John Porter leading to the release of the album "On The Wrong Planet", which was nominated for the Fryderyk award.
