The bass player, arranger, composer, teacher and producer Marcos Archetti, has ventured into numerous styles of South American popular music, jazz and world music, and also, as a composer and arranger, chamber and orchestral formations. He studied Philosophy at the Faculty of Humanities of the National University of La Plata, and although his musical learning has a strong self-taught component, he studied with teachers such as Javier Malosetti, Alejandro Herrera, Omar Gómez, Christian Gálvez, Néstor Gómez, Pino Marrone, Itiberê Zwarg and Guillermo Klein. He served as Professor at the Faculty of Popular Music of the UNLP and held the Coordination of Group Practice of the Conservatório Belas Artes, of the city of Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
