I am a guitarist, composer and orchestrator who is interested in many different musical genres (namely world/ethnic music, classical music and jazz) an enjoy being in multi-cultural environments both socially and musically.

I have worked mainly as a session guitarist and orchestrator, and I have collaborated with many distinguished Greek musicians and singers. I have performed in many venues in Greece and around the globe (mainly in Europe, but also USA and Asia).

My studies/degrees: MMus(RCM) in Composition for Screen by the Royal College of Music, London; BMus(RHUL) in Music by the Royal Holloway - University of London; as well as the Degrees of “Fugue”, “Counterpoint”, “Harmony Specialist” and "Classical Guitar Performance" by the Hellenic Conservatory.

Although I consider myself first a composer, only a tiny part of my compositional work is recorded and published. But I plan to focus more in recording my compositions in the years to come.

Midday Prayer

A middle-eastern bolero combining elements from Iran/Greece/Argentina. A different kind of prayer or confession in the brightest hour of the day when the sun reaches its highest point and nothing can be hidden. Exposed, vulnerable, and yet liberated. Farrokzad, an iconic poetess, a rebel who is moving in the line of the great tradition of Persian poets such as Rumi. Through her verses, Sin transforms and acquires a divine quality. It becomes an anthem of femininity standing against the absurdity and the evolving darkness of our present.
