Hi! Originally from Italy, I'm a Rotterdam based singer, songwriter and guitarist. I'm also a food and traveling lover :) When I write a composition I'm deeply inspired by the beauty and complexity of language, lyrics wise, and my jazz, pop and world music roots. I love working out of the bounds of labels, allowing all my artistic influences merging in one piece of music. Some of my favorite artists are Joni Mitchell, Lianne la Havas, Sting, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Guinga, Burt Bacharach, Quincy Jones, Cole Porter, Kings of Convenience, Nai Palm.

Rose Pepper is the name I give to my mother in a poetic/symbolic way. She always wore that scent and so, as I smell it, it evokes her presence and old memories in a very intense way. The conflict about my mother is to be found in the fact that my mother made huge sacrifices for me and my future, to the detriment of her health and wellbeing, which is incredibly noble, irrational and self-destructive at the same time. The only way of overcoming this conflict, to me, is acceptance.
