Self-taught, it was this unique path outside the normalization of institutions that made me become an original artist, someone with a peculiar vision of music.
Ceremony is 20 years of study, experiences and travels. This solo show/musical creation is a compendium of everything I have lived.
A life with emphasis on the search for difference, for oneness.
It's the sum of everything that I am as an artist, a transversal reflex of the spirit.
I've worked with Madonna, José Mário Branco, Fausto, amongst others.
Currently I'm leading the progressive Fado band Bela Ensemble, touring my solo show Ceremony, and collaborating with various other artists.
