Leon Zihlmann is a singer and songwriter The son of a Kenyan jazz musician and a Swiss country singer, he was literally born into music.
From a young age, he was surrounded by a wide range of music. From Motown to soul, funk, blues to hip-hop. He became interested in songwriting at a young age and wrote his first songs at the age of 12. The following band formations, gigs, productions, music projects were inevitable, as Leon makes music out of desire and talent, but also out of a deep calling.
Leon's music combines honest vocals with depth and earthy pop n' soul ballads to soul house music projects with contemporary beats, creating a unique blend of pop soul music and heartfelt lyrics that get under your skin.
