Sonya Hayden
Sonya Hayden is a composer, lyricist, songwriter, librettist, and playwright whose work has appeared internationally, including at the Lincoln Center Festival, Edinburgh International Festival, New Perspectives Theatre, Little Fish Theatre, Pittsburgh New Works Festival, the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, the Piccolo Spoleto Festival, Urban Stages, and the Duplex. She is a member of the BMI Advanced Musical Theatre & Librettists Workshops and New Perspectives Theatre’s Play LAB. She was previously a member of the Recording Academy’s Mentorship Program, Maestra’s Mentorship Program, and the Princeton Triangle Club Writers Workshop.
