I fell in love with recording since I was 3, when I got a drum kit at 9 yrs. of age I started to record that right away. And I have been doing that ever since. I wanted to know how music was made so I learned to play a little banjo en bass guitar. Later on I got an acoustic guitar and all kinds of 'computer' synths to play with. I have a tendency towards classical/orchestral palettes and real instruments: more people, less midi !
During an hour and a half online session we gave free rein to our creativity for a second song. Anat Porat and Pobee started writing along these lines of thought. Anat came up with the words Pass It On. She made the connection with the subject of social change through the human gesture of giving and sharing. By giving we also receive. Pobee made the connection with life in his spoken word. The most important gift we all have. Use that breath of life, because it is the only and at the same time everything we need to be who we want to be.
Our composition has developed the theme of Beyond Music, Social Change, in a unique, artistic and modern way. Judging by the conflicts in the world, the division between people now seems greater than ever. Art is an excellent means of bringing people together, seeking dialogue, and learning from each other. Art can only be fully experienced by looking at the world with open eyes and ears as children do - uninhibited and fearless! To achieve that for everyone, P.E.A.C.E (One more Chance). Because People Everywhere Are Created Equally!
