Born in Toulouse, France, Olivia is a multifaceted French-American singer and artist currently based in Montréal. She holds a bachelor's degree in jazz voice performance from McGill Schulich School of Music where she has worked with the greatest Canadian jazz singers on the Montreal scene, such as Ranee Lee, and Sienna Dahlen. In addition to her musical career, Olivia also holds a Master's degree in Music Therapy from New York University (NYU) where she wrote a thesis under the guidance of the great American author Kenneth Aigen. Throughout her studies, Olivia practiced her arranging skills, as well as jazz improvisation and composition with great Canadian jazz masters such as Christine Jensen, Jean-Michel Pilc, Rémi Bolduc, and Jean-Nicolas Trottier. She was also the leader of a Brazilian Quartet that performed at the Upstairs Jazz Club in Montreal. Olivia’s evolution and artistry emerged from her love of art, exploration, and creation as well as her desire to connect with others.
