Mignon Mbalè
Born August 11 in Douala Hand Mignon (MIGNON MBALE) started in a music school in Ngangue where he took drum lessons. He joined the church orchestra as a drummer . He was noticed by the Sitabac orchestra where he played. He worked in several cabarets in the city of Douala.
In the meantime he worked on singing with his brother Energy Hand and later they decided to start the group Mbalè Mbalè. Their first single “Someone” was released in 2009. In 2011 the duo released the album “Hemle” under Ruben Binam’s Alizée Équateur label. Their single “Dieu m’a Donner” was released in 2014. Followed by the single “La Vie” under the label “Fhoenix” by Armand Nlend in 2015. He began his solo career in 2020.
Having chosen authenticity as a style to raise awareness without judgment with great modesty and humility. His texts stand out as the basis of his Inspirations. It creates a mix between urban and traditional. Mignon Mbalè brings sunny rhythms inspired by reggae and tropical sounds.Art director
