I am an Afrikaans singer-songwriter, farmer, and poet from the beautiful Waterberg region in the Limpopo province, South Africa. I have been performing live and producing my own music since 2010.
I love being in the studio and enjoy various genres of music. I consider songwriting, production, and composition to be my strongest qualities as a musician, despite not having advanced formal training in music theory.
My musical influences vary greatly, but Blues, African, Country, Rock, Reggae, Electronic, Classical, Folk, and World Music are my main inspirations.
I am an independent artist who follows my own path. Several of my songs have garnered significant airplay on major radio stations in South Africa, and I've performed at numerous festivals and venues across the country.
I believe music is an incredibly powerful tool to bring forth positive change in the world and within ourselves and our communities.
