Ceryse is the musical alter-ego of Baptiste Cerisier, singer-songwriter and composer of songs influenced by the melodic pop of the Beatles and the indie-folk poetry of Pete Doherty, in a legacy of French chanson from Alain Bashung to Aliochia
Schneider.
We discover her literary and singular universe in his first EP "Vertige", released released in 2021. Carried by her sincere, unpretentious voice and unpretentious voice, his rhythmic melodies poetically impose themselves in a sober elegant pop-folk arrangement.

IGBA (Time)
Igba is an anthem for social change. It is a call to action, that we must do our part to shape and impact our world if we want it to be any better ! The first part of the songs uses both the song lyrics and the cinematic/classical instrumental to emote the helplessness and intensity we often feel with the current social climate. The transitioning middle acknowledges the power of time to heal these problems but calls the listener to take action! The third part of song urges us do our part. The time to act is now! ‘Igba Ise’ - ´It is time’
