XA'LUM
XA'LUM, a versatile artist, embodies the roles of singer, dancer, producer and composer. Renowned for her ability to captivate emotions on stage and her mastery of sound design, she offers an immersive musical experience. With Franco-Galician origins and a family history marked by wartime exile in France, she grew up in Spain before setting down her instruments in the Île-de-France region three years ago. Her musical journey began at an early age, exploring piano and digital keyboards. She collaborated with American producer Mike Frey on a project that won the 'Xuventude Crea' and 'Sonidos Mans' contemporary music awards.
XA'LUM creates atmospheric, emotional music, blending unique sound designs, harmonic synthesizers and downtempo, Latino rhythms. Inspired by the vocal techniques of traditional Galician music learned from her grandmother, as well as the hip-hop flows of the neighborhoods where she grew up, XA'LUM offers an authentic and personal musical experience.
It is a music worked with 3 Spanish musicians from Galicia, an Argentinian, a Chilean and a Puerto Rican. The song tells in its lyrics some events in the history of humanity where we emphasize that we do not want love to be lost in the midst of so much social change.
