I am a musician that works in multiple genres, but specializes in hip-hop and Afrobeat. I incorporate melodies in soulful hooks and perform hype tracks with a great stage presence and a good level of audience interaction and engagement, creating an energetic and lively atmosphere and leaving the audience wanting more.
Born in the 90s I got introduced to Hip - Hop of the 90s and early 2000s and quickly gravitated towards this music style. I started reciting the lyrics of these rappers , soon writing lyrics of my own to instrumentals off the internet under the stage name " Skyman ". Developing my rapping, singing, production and project management skills, I made my first body of work in 2018 , since then , I have released 2 mixtapes , 4 Eps and 5 singles which has given me opportunities to National radio plays, high profile performances and Magazine futures. All these have prepared me for bigger opportunities which I stay ready for.
