I'm looking to collaborate with my inspirational poetry, lyrics and spoken word.
I am an avid traveler, and consider myself a citizen of the world; always finding inspiration in the experiences, people I see, and places- near and far. I have a deep desire to express myself through varied artistic mediums and forms of expression including improvisation, idea generation, and sound explorations. I am an experienced artistic director and designer. For the past 13 years, I have been an active participant and organizer with 100Thousand Poets for Change.

“Why Do They Keep Us Away,” aims to empower women and all of humanity by highlighting the persistent challenges women face regarding their inclusion in various societal spheres. It is a wake-up call to all of humanity that this is an ongoing and pressing issue. The song carries a hopeful message as the images of breaking strings and chains interplay with the notion of reaching together new heights. The bilingual (Spanish and English) piece emphasizes the oneness of all people and the inseparable nature of our essential being.
