Ronald Van Deurzen
Ronald is a versatile, Dutch-born pianist and composer of contemporary instrumental and cinematic music currently based in Sweden. While a piano-player at heart, he works with recording, VST instruments, as well as collaborating with guest musicians. Ronald has composed music for various film and documentary projects, releases his own New Age music, and has contributed as a keyboardist to numerous folk and prog rock albums.
He has also collaborated with live orchestra and taught music at a university in Thailand. Ronald's direct involvement with music, migration, language barriers, and cultural differences inspires his passion for creating music that bridges cultural gaps and aims to enrich our understanding of ourselves and each other.
His music received various accolades, including nominations from the Hollywood Music In Media Awards and the Hollywood Independent Music Awards (New Age/Ambient), as well as being a winner at the InterContinental Music Awards.
