Saxophonist and singer Stephanie Lottermoser lives in Hamburg, where she moved via Munich and Paris. In her music and the six solo albums she has released to date, she tells stories about society and people. She composes and arranges her music and also produced the latest album IN-DEPENDENCE. Her love of soul jazz and groove music is always clearly audible, but her sound goes far beyond this and always shows her roots in traditional jazz as well as her search for something new.
She is now one of the most renowned jazz artists in Germany and has been playing successful club and festival concerts for many years. She opened the main stage of the ELBJAZZ Festival in front of around 11,000 jazz fans and has been invited internationally for concerts in England, France, South India, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Africa (Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Morocco).
Besides that she is a presenter, lecturer and podcast host and was nominated twice for the German Jazz Price.
