My name is Stefan Ruf, a Swiss composer and producer releasing music under the artist name Estana.
For me, music is about connection. I believe the most meaningful creations emerge when people from different cultures and artistic backgrounds come together with openness and curiosity.
I am fascinated by sound in all its forms — from piano and guitar to synthesizers and atmospheric sound design. My music blends cinematic electronic textures with emotion, space and storytelling.
My current project, InterStellar26, marks the beginning of a collaborative musical journey. Together with Irish percussionist Ronan Skillen and future collaborators, I aim to create music that transcends borders and speaks to something universal within us.
Beyond music, I run a creative studio working with film, photography, design and storytelling. I am excited to connect with artists around the world, exchange ideas and explore new creative possibilities together.
