juskis kisambi
I am Juskis Kisambi, a musician, beatmaker, vocal coach, singer, composer, cultural coordinator, and social activist of Congolese origin. I am primarily known for my humanitarian work through music in Uganda. I am the founder of the One For Us Foundation and the Evo-Cultural Academy. My work focuses on helping young refugees and vulnerable communities through art and education.
Humanitarian Commitment: I chose to use the art of music as a vehicle for resilience in my community to show the world that art can change lives, which led me to create the One For Us Foundation, the organization I have led in Uganda since January 2020.
I work for the integration, mental health, and social well-being of marginalized populations.
International collaborations: My initiatives have captured the attention of international organizations such as Kakuma Sound, Music Beyond, and the global Let Music Fill My World movement, which support and promote the performances of my initiatives.
