Devon shom
Devon shom a.k.a Omo Iya Nurse was born on January19 with real names (Oyindamola Abimbola Somefun) in Ikeja Lagos state, Nigeria. He was born to the family of Late Engr. Oladeinde Somefun and Mrs Adesola Somefun. He is the last of three children. Devon shom had his primary education at “Estate Nursery and Primary School Ilupeju, Lagos state”. He later moved to “First Step Nursery and Primary School, Valley Estate; Lagos State” to complete his elementary education. After acquiring his first leaving school certificate, he proceeded to acquire his secondary education at “Pacific Comprehensive College, Shasha Lagos State”. Shortly after the completion of his secondary school education, he obtained a bachelor’s degree from “Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (Funaab) Ogun State”; where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Devon shom like most great musicians started singing in the teenage choir at the church. He got his break into the music industry as a singer.
