Breathing
Conscious breathing is one of the main practices in meditation and praying. It’s the time to feel the life in his deepest realm and the connection within the inside and the outside world. It’s the time to train the beat of our heart in harmony with the rhythm of the Universe and draw the energy. It’s the time to feel that we’re fundamentally one and realize the beauty of life.

The Earth in 1000 years
WHAT WILL THE EARTH BE IN A THOUSAND YEARS? Do you often think about the future of our planet? Try for a moment to imagine how our planet will be in 100 years, 500 years, or 1000 years? Will it be prettier or cleaner? Will our cities be greener? Or will there be no more vegetation in 1000 years? Will the Earth look like the moon, a desert or rather a landscape? If we consider the speed at which the nature deteriorates due to human activities, the worst could happen and this pretty blue planet could be completely destroyed.

Seeds of love
"Seeds of love" is song written by Bhoomitra from his experiences with organic farmers . We all grow up surrounded by agriculture but there is a big disconnect in our society as to what is happening to the seeds which are the very essence of our food . Technologies to control seeds have been invented and poisons are being placed now inside the seed so that it doesnt replicate. Seeds of love expresses the work being done by an organic farmer , where he sows his love and grows with the earth . He wants to be with Seeds which will recreate themself , thus he will be free and strong . But in his path there are struggles and problems along his way but he keeps on going . Song also reflects on journey of a seeker along the path. Song is a fusion of classical indian music with western music . To give it a feel of a global collaboration, working with Raushan we have brought Kazakh traditional folk elements . Ariel Bart brings New york energy with her Harmonica . Gaetan brings the soft delicate yet powerful Double Bass kind of like Belgian beers and chocolate blends. Andreia brings Portugese adventure spirit with her percussions to this track . The mood of the son is soft and reflective .

Our Precious Mothers
Sasha: In many Native American cultures, women were viewed as extensions of the Universal Mother , and therefore vital to the continuation of their people. I found it extremely inspiring. They refuse to separate themselves from the land as (by they definition) nobody can own the land - you can only belong to land. They are the people that never gave up on protecting Mother Earth, and treating with respect Mother Nature… Now it’s our time to learn form them their profound loving relationship with the land, water, sky, sun and all living creatures on this beautiful planet - our Mother Earth. ... Very simple and warm melody accompanied by acoustic guitar is almost like a song to a child, and with soft flute and harmonica sounds - very comforting and relaxing. Theresa: The song , Our Precious Mothers, is a song I wrote to honor all mothers who give their children the unconditional love, support and guidance in their lives., as our Grate Mother Earth that continues to provide for us. Although she goes through so much , so many struggles, she continues to stay strong and provide. It’s a very important message for the people that we need to take care of our precious mothers and our mother the earth. Sasha composed the beautiful instruments to accompany a beautiful message for the people.
