Seize The Day

‘Seize The Day’, written during lockdown by actor and musician Greg Wise, is sung by Heather Ella Rose with backing vocals by Marshall Muze, Bass by Neipesmit, piano by Juan Barallobres and produced by Lucas Avellina. This song is about the importance of appreciating and loving life, even when the day or the time you’re in is hard. It’s a folk type song that starts out small, but widens out to take in the change we are now facing - a whole new ordering of things - social injustice, the financial system, and the state of our planet.

Bumpy Ride

This song is a response to the feeling of turmoil in the world. It is reflecting something so many people on earth are feeling right now; that we are on a rollercoaster of emotions, thoughts, and new and collapsing realities. It comes from the feeling that we must hold on tight and as the lyrics say; ‘Stand together so we don’t fall down’. It’s a bouncy song, like a wild ride, but it has a positive message of resilience and recovery. It’s an ode to survival, and to the human spirit of courage to overcome all things if we only work together.

Pangea

“Pangea” is a song depicting a sense of wholeness. Referring to the hypothetical continent of the past, the song is a nostalgic remembrance of a time when the planet was a single landmass, before separation. Pangaea is a combination of nostalgic strings strung in a harmony of a natural gathering of sounds. Between old and new sounds, rhythms and melodies, and distant collaborations, Pangaea is a piece inspired by a sense of planetary oneness. A oneness of humanity and of earth, and the span of time that encapsulates their common narrative.
