Inzide Me

The conflict inside me, good vs evil, i´m like a puppet on a string tossed from side to side. I wanna be good from the depth of my heart, but most time it´s really just a thin line and i exist in both spheres How can we win the conflicts outside, if we even lose the little battles inside us daily

Outside In

Among the most common conflicts current couples have, lack of realism stands out. In a couple, love isn't the answer to everything. The song “Outside in" is about conflict at a personal level, the internal conflict of deciding whether to stay or go in a relationship. Relationships are complicated, and no one knows for sure what the future holds. The best relationships have their issues, while the worst relationships still have their virtues. It’s hard to know what the best decision is if you’re thinking about whether to stay or move on.

From Now On

Our planet is suffering and humanity is being put to the test to overcome a pandemic. We cannot be the same from now on. Only by looking inside our hearts can we find the way to get back together.

Sky Wind

"Sky Wind" is a true reflection and peaceful music message. Uniting three different cultures, Jyvan Gasparyan JR. from Armenia and Ronan Skillen from Cape Town and (me) German from Chile. The title reflects my feelings that the wind can carry good energies and messages around the Planet through our sky. The wind is Jyvan, my guitar the vehicle and Ronan taking care the wind goes to beings that will receive those messages. German Herlein.-

Echo Valley

Inspired by the desert plains of Armenia, rich biodiversity of the Cape floral kingdom and an etherial dimension where the sky meets the ocean, three sonic sorcerers meet for a musical conversation. A deeply haunting, yet delicately enlivening collaboration of Duduk, Overtone SInging and Percussion, set in a timeless, contemporary abstract soundscape. Recorded over 3 sessions in Yerevan, Armenia, Alcalalí, Spain and Cape Town, South Africa.

Eternity

This song is about love and death, and hope and fear. It’s about that space in between this life and the next. It’s a deep journey that represents the universal human experience of living with death and uncertain life, but with love as the force that gives us all coherence. The meaning in the song is heightened even more at this time with the global lockdown happening, and it aims to be a balm and a challenge to the spirit. As the lyrics say ‘Can you hear, can you feel, the coming of eternity, we must face it, face it, with love or fear’.

We Love You

This song is about humanity coming together in one voice, going inwards and looking at ourselves and the mistakes we have made - war, injustice, harming each other, slavery, destroying the natural habitat of this beautiful planet for our own egotistical short term gain. By doing this we raise our consciousness and find the power to ask forgiveness to the planet, confess our transgressions to each other, and confess our deep love for creation and the honour of experiencing it as a conscious being.

Breathe

We breathe happily, unconsciously while we are alive and we often have this act as guaranteed gracefully. We soon understand that there is indeed something that is not seen but that has an immeasurable importance. They teach us to love trees because basically it is from them that a large part of our oxygen comes from. In this last breath I thank you with a chest full of gratitude, for this magnificent human respiratory system that was created here among colleagues, where ideas emerged as the very act of breathing! Naturally!

Ila dunia ( save the earth )

Ila dunia(save the earth) Ila Dunia which means (save the earth) is a song that challenges us all to become aware of the state of our planet. Human beings exploit, ruin and destroy nature. The damage caused by our way of life is such that if nothing is done it could lead to irreversible consequences. This song that I suggest, is a call to change, in our habits, our vision, and our way of life. There is always a hope of saving our world, it that saw us being born and, which is obviously a unique gift that we can never replace.

Atmosphere (I Know)

This collaboration is centered around the Earth from a Mothers perspective. "If Mother Earth could talk to us as her children, what would she say?" The following generations depend on our fight to live together with nature and each other, not divided.

Jivan: “My vision and Sasha’s production, makes it sounds fresh and updated stylistically, it is like a young voice singing an old song.” Sasha: “Rare for duduk tempo it gave me an idea of trying almost the impossible to associate with this instrument style – ‘Funk’ and some ‘Rock’ elements. The whole experience became much more ‘stompy’ with attitude. Gentle sounds of duduk now empowered by electric guitar and heavy drum patterns have a new ‘blood’ in it.”

Jivan: “This composition is an Armenian traditional melody that I played for years. I play it with my feelings and when Sasha does his magic by adding and changing the rhythms and harmonies they become traditional modernized masterpieces. Sasha: “This melody inspired me for a research in harmonic fields, as a simple melodic line has a tremendous potential for interpretation.”

Me and my friend Gigo from Heavy Machinery made a song and Sissi Mananga added her beautiful vocal and lirycs to it about the migrants in the world. Why is it that people have to leave their countries and suffer a migrant life? We hope that people will have a choice to live or leave their countries for a better life.

L'addio di Anna

“L’addio di Anna” is a nostalgic French-Italian melody of a cinematic/theatric nature - with love and bright sadness. The three main melody players are far from these places geographically - clarinet, played by brilliant musician of Iranian origins, duduk from Armenia and harmonica (melodica) … maybe this one of the closest - Russian Federation. All of them playing the melody and improvising in a very touching and convincing way - even though our languages and cultures are different - our feelings are of the same nature.
