I wrote this song for my friend who had suddenly lost her husband. She told me, on the way back from the hospital, the sky was filled with beautiful pink colors. She said she felt like her husband was letting her know he was still with her spiritually. He wanted her to remind her to still see the beauty that is in life around her. He wanted her to cherish each day. I feel this is also a good message for everyone.
