About me

Nairobi, Kenya

I am a Nairobi-based Singer, Songwriter, Instrumentalist (Kalimba & Udu Player) specializing in African Contemporary Music—a fusion of folk and traditional African melodies with popular African genres. I weave meditative and soothing chants into my compositions to provoke contemplation on humanity and catalyze shifts in human consciousness and experience.

In 2022, I released 'State of Being,' an EP that invites listeners on an African journey, navigating reflections in pursuit of paradise and freedom. In November 2023, I launched my debut EP titled 'Safari,' a Swahili term denoting 'journey.' The EP fosters ubuntu among African nations, celebrating African heritage and encouraging artistic collaborations both within Africa and globally. The EP aims to inspire collaborative efforts among artists, not just within Africa but also extending connections across continents, bridging cultures through the universal language of music.
