From 2012-2014, I was a member of the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz at UCLA and during that time, built an extremely close relationship with the other six members of the institute. Post graduation, we decided to stay together as a group under the name Holophonor (more info at holophonormusic.com). Our most recent release, Light Magnet (2017), was produced by one of the group's mentors, Wayne Shorter. This track, "Gardenia" was on our self-titled record that was released (2014).
