This song shares the story of Nemaa's mother, father and everyone who fights for the land that the Maasai have lived on for generations but now do not see profits from the exploits. Nemaa sings of his people being expelled from the Serengeti National Park in which they are no longer able to cultivate their cattle. He prays that a leader will soon be raised who can fight for the Maasai and get back their land rights.
