A sonic journey from the gritty streets of South London to the soulful vibes of Memphis. This song was created after a grueling 13-hour work shift (with an additional 2-hour commute). When I googled how long a flight to Memphis, Tennesse would be from my current location, it equaled the length of my work-shift & commute, which is how the song title came about. The upbeat beginning of the track represents my hopeful journey to work, while the darker tones towards the end symbolise the weariness of the day and the long journey home
