The music is a hybrid of African Eastern European and Brazilian with Jazz Classical and Celt influences. It draws from a huge array of diverse influences. All of the instrumentalists and singers have roots in the traditions mentioned above. The idea is that they express their unique gifts and contributions. I will often hear the voice whatever it is either instrumental or vocal and write specifically for that. The idea to create a conscious crossover of styles and influences in the music that are both cerebral visceral whilst being accessible.
