I got a call from the migration office in Switzerland that i have to leave the country tomorrow out of nowhere because my work permit was not extended, although i studied, worked and lived there for 5 years. This triggered many emotions in me and made me taste a little tiny bit of what refugees go through all over the world. Before i departed to Cairo, i met Sasha, and i showed him the song i wrote about my experience. We let our souls express all we could feel and wish to create this piece.
