This is a song in honour to Shiva, in "Sultaal", a typical rhythm cycle in Dhrupad, 10 beats. I had a male accompany vocalist as well as an Indian percussionist. It is not the traditional Pakhavaj drum for Dhrupad, but a Mrdangam player (South Indian). This is in Raag Adana, a late night Raag. We were performing after midnight at Lange Nacht der Museen in Zürich.
