Originally written in 1957 by Meredith Wilson, this arrangement features an extended bass solo that switches to-- and maintains a double time feeling, as the audio starts about halfway through the performance. Accompanied by the immaculate and ever-attentive Tom Criblez on the drums, I recall the "solo" feeling just as much like a duo each time we performed it! Also featuring: Emily Sgouros - vibraphone, and Jonathan Milberger - saxophone.
