Dear Beyond Music family,

Michael League and Bill Laurance, the producers of our next album, have chosen their 16 winning tracks. We are as excited as you are!

Here you can find all the winners, listen to the tracks, and hear Bill and Michael's statements why they picked these tracks.

Each track selected receives an award and prize money. This means that all the 60 artists involved in the winning tracks will each be given 1,000 US dollars from the Beyond Foundation.

In addition, the 16 winning tracks will be newly produced by Michael and Bill. To do this, they will work with the 16 artist teams to figure out how they can create the best version of the tracks. The result will be presented to you next year with the Beyond Music album Vol.3!

Besides the 16 album tracks, the Beyond Foundation has decided to give another award of pure prize money. You can find this winner here as well.

To everyone who wasn't selected this year:
Please watch the video of Bill & Michael above the presentation of the winners. In it, they explain how hard it was for them to choose the winners, since so many fantastic submissions reached us. They took the time to listen to each of the 140 submissions multiple times and weigh them sensitively. In the end, it's a matter of personal taste and a decision as to which tracks best fit their idea of the album.
