Highlights from 2025 ✨

Beyond Music Vol.4 - Social Change
This year we proudly released our newest album featuring 23 songs created by 78 artists from 41 countries. Afrobeats, neo-soul, EDM, folk, hip hop, jazz, and many more styles merged into a powerful global soundscape dedicated to social impact.

Global Reach on Streaming
In 2025, Beyond Music reached more than 320,000 listeners on Spotify, who streamed our songs for over 47,500 hours. Across 180 countries, we surpassed 1.5 million streams on Spotify. Across all streaming platforms, Beyond Music generated nearly 2 million streams in total in 2025 - a significant milestone that highlights how far your music is traveling worldwide.

Our music resonated strongly around the world:
   - Chica de Favela featuring Angélique Kidjo reached 3.7 million views
   - Stay Together featuring Pheelz reached 1.2 million views
   - Get Wise featuring Wiyaala reached 750,000 views

Beyond Music Social Change Activist Awards
For the first time, we honoured five Beyond Music members whose own social initiatives create meaningful impact. Each award, endowed with USD 1,000, shines a light on individual initiatives that represent the collective passion and commitment of our entire community. In this way, we celebrate not only five initiatives, but the shared spirit of social responsibility that unites all of us.

10 Years of Beyond Music
In September, we celebrated a truly special milestone: the 10th anniversary of Beyond Music at the foundation’s home in Erlenbach/Zurich, Switzerland. Beyond Music artists based in Europe, as well as those who happened to be nearby, came together for an unforgettable concert and jam session. It was a deeply moving celebration of a decade of creativity, community, and global connection - and a powerful reminder of what we have built together.

Looking Ahead to 2026 🌟

New Album Project
A new album, Beyond Music Vol.5, is planned for 2026. While we can’t reveal all details yet, one thing is certain: our next guest artist will be truly special. More news will follow early in the new year.

Beyond Music Residency (new format)
We will launch a new residency format, inviting five Beyond Music artists specializing in traditional instruments for:
   - A 3-day creative workshop
   - The joint production of an EP with 4-5 tracks, recorded on site
   - A focus on connecting cultural roots with contemporary improvisation
The residency will be guided by a renowned figure in contemporary jazz, a visionary artist whose work bridges deep cultural traditions with innovative musical expression.

Mini Concerts, Jam Sessions & Workshops
We are planning two intimate Beyond Music events at locations with strong member communities, creating space for connection, exchange, and collaboration.

Social Activist Award 2026
Once again, we will honour five Beyond Music members in 2026 and continue supporting your powerful social music initiatives.
